The latest phase of our site at Market Weighton recently obtained a resolution to grant planning at East Riding Planning Committee.
The site comprises part of the MW-B allocation in East Riding’s Local Plan. Lovel Developments first became involved in the site in 2013 when we obtained planning to build 49 houses with associated roads and open space as well as the new Medical Centre which now serves the Town. A second phase obtained approval in 2018 and now this latest phase for 29 dwellings, comprising 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes brings the overall total that we have brought forward from the allocation to 95 dwellings.
