Additional Planning Submitted to Convert the Nearby Farmhouse into a Local Produce Shop & Delicatessen.

Following the recent planning approval for Starbucks at Beverley Gateway, Lovel Developments has now submitted additional plans to convert the nearby farmhouse into a local produce shop & delicatessen.
Adjacent to the other approved units at Beverley Gateway, the conversion of the existing three storey farmhouse has the potential to create around 20 jobs in addition to supporting local farmers and food producers.


The farmhouse and extension would accommodate the shop and the delicatessen which would be open to the public whilst also providing holiday rental accommodation on the first and second floors. The shop will sell produce sourced from local suppliers, including meat, dairy, fruit and veg, bakery, and deli products. The farmhouse grounds will be landscaped and there will be parking for 41 vehicles, including EV charging spaces. Access will be via the new entrance road already approved for the Beverley Gateway project.
