Planning approval for drive thru coffee shop

The latest phase of our mixed use site on the edge of Beverley has been approved, this being the drive thru coffee shop at Killingwoldgraves Lane, located adjacent to the A1079 roundabout. The brownfield site also has full planning approval for a 24 hour Petrol Filling Station as well as Employment Units. The proposed building represents a high quality, modern clean aesthetic. It will be fully accessible to disabled customers and the shop will provide hot and cold beverages. Thanks to our team for their work on this.
