Willand Primary Care Centre

The project

The Willand Primary Care Centre at Anlaby is seen as a model of best practice by health professionals. The old surgeries in Willerby and Swanland have made way for a bright, modern building with planned services and facilities catering for more clinical and administrative staff to support patient healthcare for years to come. 

Previous discussions about the need for a new Primary Care Centre date back to 2005 but it took several failed attempts to identify a suitable site. It wasn’t until 2014 that Lovel Developments held its first consultation on the project.  Building commenced in March 2021, and despite the pressures of the Covid Pandemic on the construction industry and supply chain, Lovel Developments was able to work closely with its principal contractor construction firm Hobson & Porter to deliver this turnkey building on budget in April 2022.
