Located on a strategic site that was identified by Lovel Developments as having development potential when it was farmland with no planning allocation. Extending to 25 acres, Lovel Developments took the site through the planning process, initially securing an allocation in the Local Plan, and subsequently securing full planning permission.
Being opposite the Spire Hull & East Riding Hospital which had no capacity for expansion, the site provided a unique opportunity to expand the existing medical services Spire offered. Ultimately Lovel Developments has created a new outpatient facility for Spire Healthcare to help drive forward their business and service the needs of their clients including a 225-space car park for the hospital. This development has future-proofed the hospital and enabled it to move forward and continue to grow for the foreseeable future.
